I was born in Salerno in 1983 and after obtaining the Classical License I graduated at the University of Naples Federico II, discussing a thesis in Philosophy of Law.Before graduating in Legal Sciences, I won the competition as a volunteer in National Civil Service, approaching the world of volunteering. This experience has started me studying what is now my main area of activity, Immigration Law.I worked as a lawyer at the Giovine Law Firm in Salerno, specializing in Criminal Law, while continuing my work as a volunteer at the Diocesan Caritas of Salerno.Among the many experiences matured in volunteering: representative of the Diocese of Salerno at the Italian National Coordination Table of Immigration of Caritas; coordinator of the Campania group in the First Italian Census of homeless of Caritas Italiana and Istat; the coordination of a legal branch of the Caritas Diocesana of Salerno; the direction of the "Mondiality" group, which specializes in projects to raise awareness on immigration issues and social, political and economic problems in Third World countries. Thanks to the activity carried out in the Courts of the Court of Appeal of Salerno and in the legal branch of Caritas of Salerno, I had the opportunity to work constantly approaching the various aspects of criminal law, deepening more and more the study of immigration law.Qualified as a lawyer in January 2015, since then I work with the firm GMS Legal Consulting, dealing with Immigration Law and all relationships with foreign clients of the firm.
In November of the same year, I returned to the University to further specialize myself and start a new path aimed at the achievement of a PhD in Comparative Law, at the Department of Legal Sciences of the University of Salerno. At the moment I am collaborating with various university professorships as an expert in the subject, dealing mainly with the comparative study of Family Law and LGBT Rights, as well as of Comparative Information and Communication Law.
In the last year I also worked as a parliamentary consultant, as an expert in immigration law, working and drafting amendments to the Decree n.113 / 2018, on the subject of Immigration and Security. From 2017 ASGI member - association of immigration law firms.

I speak perfectly Spanish and I avail myself of the help of Chinese, Ukrainian and Arabic interpreters to better follow my clients.
